Try this easy and free chicken recipe.
Ingredients
2 eggs
1/3 cup All-purpose flour (Maida)
2/3 cup Bread crumbs dried
1/2 cup Potato chips
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
250 gm Chicken bone less
1/3 tsp Salad oil
Method
Take three dishes
In dish 1, sieve flour
In dish 2, beat 2 eggs with 2 tsp water
In dish 3, mix bread crumbs + potato chips + pepper + salt
Now roll chicken pieces in dish 1, 2 and 3 in sequence
Place on mesh wire of pre-heated oven
Grill till golden brown, turning them now and then
(This dish can also be deep fried if desired)
