Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken broiler
250 gm Onions
5 gm Red chilli peppers
30 gm Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Worcester sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
Salt to taste
1/2 stem Lemon grass
30 gm Butter or fat
1 cup Coconut water / normal water
Method
Grind mustard and red chilli peppers to a smooth paste
Stir in vinegar, Worcester sauce , sugar, salt and chopped lemon grass and smear it over chicken and set aside for 1 hr
Melt butter and lightly fry chicken along with the marinade
Add sliced onions and sauté
Keep over low fire and cook gently with covered lid
Sprinkling with coconut water to roast chicken evenly
