Rushed for time? But want to have chicken? Try this recipe. Its an all time favorite with our children
Ingredients
500 gm - Chicken (boneless and diced small)
1/2 tsp - Ginger paste
1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
Red chilli powder/ pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
Method
Mix chicken pieces, ginger, garlic and spices in a pressure cooker
Cook on high flame for 5 min and thereafter on low flame for another 5 min
Remove from flame
Sprinkle lemon juice and serve
Serves : 4
