Water Sense

Winter brings with the usual problems of sore throats and infections. Here is recipe for a natural cure. A natural and easy way avoid them is to drink water every half an hour. Water hydrates the throat lining and prevents bacterial attack. Germs enter the lining when it gets cracked due to dehydration. Water also helps the body to keep it young and supple. Go ahead and drink up.
